DAY 1: Grounding & Foundation
- Flow: Surya Namaskar A & B (8 rounds), basic vinyasa flow
- Static: Tadasana, Virabhadrasana series, Trikonasana, seated forward bends
- Pranayama/Meditation: Diaphragmatic breath, Anulom Vilom, body scan
- Wisdom: Yamas (Ahimsa & Satya) | Journal: “What grounds me?”
- After yoga class we proceed to explore the city
DAY 2: Core Strength & Focus
- Flow: Core Vinyasa, Dolphin to Plank, Navasana sequences
- Static: Utkatasana, Vasisthasana, Side plank, Forearm plank hold
- Pranayama/Meditation: Kapalabhati + Candle Gazing (Trataka)
- Wisdom: Discipline (Tapas) | Journal: “Where is my inner fire?”
- After classes we move to Parmanth niketan aashram where we will see Ganga Aarti .
DAY 3: Hip Opening & Emotional Release
Flow: Mandala hip flow, Low lunge to lizard, yogic squat
Static: Pigeon, Cow face, Baddha Konasana, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
Pranayama/Meditation: Sheetali (cooling) + So Hum meditation
Wisdom: Swadhisthana chakra | Journal: “What emotions need release?”
DAY 4: Heart Opening & Energy Expansion
Flow: Backbend flow, Camel, Cobra, Locust, Bridge, Bow
Static: Ustrasana, Matsyasana, Anahatasana, supported fish
Pranayama/Meditation: Ujjayi breath + Heart-centered visualization
Wisdom: Love & surrender | Journal: “How open is my heart?”
After Yoga classes we proceed to Haridwar, Visit Har Ki Pauri, one of the most revered and sacred ghats in India, along with prominent temples such as Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi, both situated on picturesque hilltops and accessible by cable car. In the evening, participate in the Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing and spiritually uplifting ritual performed at sunset, which draws hundreds of pilgrims and visitors to witness the divine spectacle on the banks of the holy Ganges River.
DAY 5: Strength & Balance
- Flow: Warrior III sequences, Half moon, Revolved triangle
- Static: Chair, Boat, Crow pose (Bakasana), Eagle
- Pranayama/Meditation: Bhastrika + Trataka + Dharana on breath
- Wisdom: Overcoming fear | Journal: “What does balance mean to me?”
DAY 6: Spine, Twists & Detox
Flow: Twist vinyasa (open to closed), Revolved chair/lunge
Static: Ardha Matsyendrasana, Marichyasana, Supine twists
Pranayama/Meditation: Nadi Shodhana + Visualize inner cleanse
Wisdom: Detox on physical/emotional level | Journal: “What do I want to release?”
DAY 7: Inversions & Courage
Flow: Shoulder stand prep, Dolphin to Pincha, Headstand with wall
Static: Legs-up-wall, Sarvangasana, Viparita Karani, Sirsasana (optional)
Pranayama/Meditation: Kumbhaka practice + Ajna chakra focus
Wisdom: Facing inner resistance | Journal: “What limits me?”
After yoga classes we will take break from yoga and move to Agra city then we will recontinue yoga classes in another city Varanasi .
After lunch We will drive from Rishikesh to Agra around 7 hours and overnight stay in agra.
Day -8 Agra local sightseeing
In the early morning, proceed for a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), one of the most iconic and magnificent monuments in the world. Commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631 and 1653 in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal stands as an enduring symbol of eternal love and is celebrated globally for its exquisite white marble architecture and timeless beauty.
Later, continue your journey with a visit to the Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort of Agra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Construction of the fort commenced in 1565 under Emperor Akbar, and subsequent additions were made by his son, Emperor Jahangir, and grandson, Emperor Shah Jahan. Within its imposing red sandstone walls lie architectural masterpieces such as the Diwan-i-Khas (Hall of Private Audience) and the Diwan-i-Am (Hall of Public Audience). The fort stands as a silent witness to the grandeur, glory, and eventual decline of the Imperial Mughal Empire.
Visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, an elegant Mughal mausoleum commissioned by Empress Noor Jahan in memory of her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg. Often referred to as the “Baby Taj,” this exquisite monument is considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal and is renowned for its intricate marble inlay work and delicate craftsmanship.
In the evening, board the air-conditioned sleeper train from Agra to Varanasi for an overnight journey. This offers a unique opportunity to experience the Indian Railways, the fourth largest railway network in the world after those of the United States, China, and Russia.
Day -9 Varanasi – Arrival and Sightseeing
Next morning, you will arrive Varanasi, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and a revered center of spirituality in India.
Upon arrival in Varanasi, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After a brief rest, begin your exploration of this sacred city with visits to significant temples such as the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and considered one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and the Sankat Mochan Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple, renowned for its historical and religious significance. Later, explore the local ghats—the riverfront steps leading to the Ganges—which are integral to the spiritual life of Varanasi. In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a deeply spiritual and visually captivating ritual performed by priests with lit lamps, chants, and devotional music, attracting hundreds of devotees and visitors each day.
Day -10 Recontinue Yoga Class : Yin & Mindfulness
- Flow: Gentle movements to release fascia, minimal flow
- Static: Long Yin holds – Dragon, Saddle, Sphinx, Butterfly
- Pranayama/Meditation: Silent breath, mindfulness meditation (30 min)
- Wisdom: Surrender | Journal: “Where can I soften more?”

DAY 11: Integration & Creative Flow

After yoga classes we proceed to Sarnath which Hardly 30 minutes drive from Vanarasi where we Explore the revered Buddhist site of Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon, marking the inception of the Dharma. Proceed to the Sarnath Museum, home to an exceptional collection of ancient relics, sculptures, and stupas that offer profound insights into India's rich Buddhist heritage.
DAY 12: Mastery & Introspection

Day -13 Departure
After breakfast and checkout, proceed on your journey to Delhi or your preferred destination, carrying with you the enriching experience of yoga sessions in two of India's most spiritually significant cities, along with the unforgettable visit to the majestic Taj Mahal.
