Morning: 10:00 hrs – Visit to the Taj Mahal

Your visit to the Taj Mahal, the crown jewel of India and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, begins. This world-famous white marble mausoleum was commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Built over 17 years with the efforts of 20,000 artisans, it is widely regarded as the ultimate symbol of eternal love. Set on the banks of the Yamuna River, the Taj Mahal occupies 42 acres of land and features intricate carvings, calligraphy, and delicate inlay work with semi-precious stones. Built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century, the fort served both as a royal residence and a military stronghold. It later became the home of Shah Jahan, who was imprisoned here by his son Aurangzeb.Explore the fort’s architectural wonders, including Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, Moti Masjid,  and Musamman Burj, where Shah Jahan is believed to have spent his final days gazing at the Taj Mahal.

Evening: 16:00 hrs – Visit to Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj)

Next, visit the elegant Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb, often referred to as the "Baby Taj". Commissioned by Nur Jahan, wife of Emperor Jehangir, for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg, this tomb is notable for being the first Mughal structure built entirely of white marble. Delicate latticework, inlay techniques, and Persian-influenced design elements make it a masterpiece in its own right. It also serves as a significant architectural precursor to the Taj Mahal.

Evening: 17:00 hrs – Departure for Delhi
