You will then be escorted to your hotel in a comfortable, private vehicle for check-in and relaxation. Jaipur, often referred to as the City of Victory, was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. The city is celebrated for its exceptional urban planning, making it the only city in the world designed to represent the nine divisions of the universe, laid out in nine meticulously planned rectangular sectors.  The architectural layout of Jaipur is based on the principles of the Shilpa Shastra, the ancient Hindu treatise on architecture. It reflects a unique and harmonious synthesis of Mughal, Jain, and Rajput influences, making it a city of both historical significance and architectural brilliance.

In the afternoon, begin your exploration of Jaipur with a visit to the magnificent City Palace, once the royal residence and now a museum. This splendid structure, built in a fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles, houses an impressive collection of royal costumes, historical artifacts, and weaponry belonging to the Rajput and Mughal rulers.
